Hi, I’m Anna, self doubt coach, cheerleader and safe space holder for women who are done pretending they’re fine.
I work with women who’ve reached the point where they can’t keep faking it anymore. On the outside, it might look like they’ve got it together, but inside? They’re tired, overwhelmed, constantly doubting themselves, and quietly wondering, “Why do I still feel like this?”
They’ve tried the journaling, the gym, the affirmations, the therapy, the books, the “just be positive” stuff, but nothing has really landed.
They don’t want another coach telling them to push harder or track habits.
They want something real. Something that feels like it actually fits them.
That’s where I come in.
I’m not here to fix you
Because you’re not broken.
I know that deep down, you’re craving something more than just coping. You want to feel like you again, but maybe for the first time on your own terms.
So, I create a space that feels like home.
A space where you can drop the mask, laugh at the crazy, cry when you need to, and get honest about what’s actually going on.
Together, we explore the stories and beliefs that have been running your life, the ones that whisper, “You’re not enough”, “You should have figured this out by now”, “You just need to try harder.”
We don’t slap a positive affirmation on it and hope for the best.
We get curious. We slow down. We meet you where you are, not where you think you should be.
Why this work matters to me
Because I get it.
I’ve been the woman pushing through, pretending I’m fine. I’ve hit breaking point. I’ve felt the disconnection, the shame, the feeling of “I should be handling this better.”
And I wish I’d had someone like me, someone who understood it wasn’t about working harder or fixing myself, but about coming back to who I really am underneath all the noise.
So that’s what I offer now.
My work is rooted in:
