I'd like to help you to live the life you deserve! When you've been through a challenging life event it can be easy to want to hold on to the familiar, to hold on to those old ways and patterns, those old ways of thinking and those safe habits that you've created. I know change feels scary and I know in this moment it might feel like you don't know what you want or need to change in your life.
This is where I can help you! I'll hold a safe space for you to explore and gain some clarity and confidence to make decisions. And what's more I'll also guide you through the tools and practices you'll need to make lasting changes so you can reimagine your life.
Everyones journey is different, we all have different challenges in life - mine was a stroke, yours maybe something different. However my aim with this programme is to draw on the tools and practices that helped me to reimagine and rebuild my own life after that fateful day. I know these practices are much needed and I know that women in particular struggle with those feelings that you should be able to do it all, that you don't feel good enough and that you put everyone else before your own needs. This can all lead you to living out of alignment with what you truly want. Going on this journey to reimagine my own life has been the greatest gift I've given to myself, can you really afford to not give yourself this gift?
We'll start your journey by connecting back to yourself, you'll learn different practices and tools to be able to connect you back to your body and your needs. In this first part of your journey we'll lay the foundation, you'll learn to ask yourself some simple questions which you can bring into everyday life to connect with and identify your needs. You have to lay firm foundations from which to work from and this process does just that!
This next step is crucial for you to be able to understand your emotions. You'll learn more about your nervous system and I'll give you some amazing practices and tools to help you when you're dealing with those challenging emotions. Once you know this, it will help you to not feel overwhelmed by your emotions. It doesn't take away the stressful situations or the challenges in life but these practices and tools will help you to manage them in a better way. Managing your emotions and any stressful situations in this way will help you to move into the life you're creating for yourself in a more mindful and aligned way.
This is where we head inwards, to understand what your inner landscape is doing. We'll look at the different parts of you that may be in conflict, we'll take a dive into your protector parts so you can understand why you're feeling an inner conflict between what you say you want and the actions you take. Once you start to understand these different parts, they can start to work for you, instead of against you.
After doing the inner work, we'll start to focus on how your life is in this moment and you'll uncover the different areas of your life where you want some change to happen. This is where you'll gain clarity! The reason I want you to work on your inner world first is because, as a woman you may not be able to see yourself or your life clearly. You may not realise what is blocking you from the life you desire, this is why the inner work is always so important. As the saying goes, you can't build a house on wonky foundations!
Our final step is for you to be able to fully embrace yourself. This is everything we have been working towards. As we move through each of these steps we'll be uncovering your hidden barriers and blocks so that you can fully embrace yourself and your gifts so that you're able to see yourself fully, to be able to offer yourself compassion and live the life you deserve.
And before any of that even happens I'll be creating a safe container from which to work from. This space will be your growth container, a space to let your visions soar. I will ask you to step out of your comfort zone during our coaching sessions but I'll be here to support you every step of the way.

Anna has helped me so much with calming my nervous system and giving me the tools to manage my anxiety. You might be wondering, who the hell am I to be coaching you through this stuff! As someone that has been through something I never imagined I'd have to go through at a young age I know how hard it can be to rebuild your life after these types of events. I've found over the years since my stroke that life can actually be better than it was before. Since having a stroke I've been on one hell of a journey of discovery, of learning, of healing and of course reimagining!
I've learned how to meet my body where it's at and appreciate all it does for me. I can now manage my emotions rather than getting overwhelmed by them. I've started to understand more about my inner world and the small parts inside of me that are just trying to protect me. I've uncovered my hidden barriers and blocks which has allowed me to break the cycle of unhelpful thoughts and in turn means I can make decisions based on who I am today. I've rebuilt and reimagined my life so that it now aligns with my values.
On a practical level, I'm a wellbeing coach and trauma informed Yoga teacher. I've used the tools and practices I've gathered over the last 4 years to help me to get where I am today.
